Description

PROJECT SCOPEMPAC intends to engage a Mentorship Software provider to include, but not be limited to, the following features:•           Support up to 1800 MPAC employees.•           User Registration and Profile Management: Secure and user-friendly registration process for mentors and mentees, including profile creation and management.•           Matching Algorithm: Implement an algorithm to match mentors and mentees based on predefined criteria such as skills, goals, and preferences. •           Communication Tools: Provide a robust communication platform, integrated through MS Teams, including messaging, and video calls, to facilitate effective mentor-mentee interactions. •           Progress Tracking: Implement tools for tracking and evaluating the progress of mentorship relationships, including goal setting, achievements, and feedback mechanisms.•           Resource Center: Centralized repository for mentorship resources, training materials, and relevant content to support mentorship activities.•           Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analytics to assess the overall effectiveness of the mentorship program, identify trends, and measure success.•           The Successful Respondent will also work with MPAC IT to ensure the software meets MPAC’s technical standards. •           Training: Provide mentor/mentee training, including modules on mentoring with a lens on equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.•           Provide administrative set-up support, including a full implementation plan.
